Construction set to begin on Calvary Baptist

Calvary Baptist Church of Simpsonville, SC is preparing to start construction on a new Sanctuary/Welcome Center and additional education wing this month. The long anticipated project will accommadate 1500 people in the new auditorium and will encompass a total of almost 50,000 sqare feet.

Teamway and Neal Prince Architects have been looking forward to breaking of ground and expect to see dirt moving by the end of October.

AIA Forecasts Good 2010 for Church Construction - The American Institute of Architects has released a construction forecast that predicts religious construction will be the top-performing nonresidential sector in 2010...(more)
Despite a struggling U.S. housing and construction market, churches may be a bright spot for builders.
The AIA Consensus Construction Panel releases predictions for the next 12 to 18 months. Data that influence the prediction is collected from sources such as McGraw-Hill Construction, Global Insight, Moody’s economy.com, Reed Business Information and FMI. Forecasts have been released every year for the past 11 years.

Teamway Builders recently exhibited at the National Leadership Conference

Teamway Builders recently exhibited at the National Leadership Conference hosted by Calvary Baptist Church & Seminary in Lansdale, PA. We are also looking forward to exhibiting at the Fundamental Baptist Fellowship-South Conference hosted by The Wilds in Brevard, NC. Plans are in place to participate at the National Association of Church Builders Administration (NACBA) annual conference in Nashville, TN in July.

Teamway Builders Nears Completion with Northwood Baptist

Teamway Builders has nearly finished work on a 24,500 sq. ft. addition to Northwood Baptist Church in North Charleston, SC. Teamway's Construction Management delivery system enabled the church to proceed with its plans after an alternate delivery system failed to stay within the churches budget constraints...(more)

Bob Jackson, Project Manager with Teamway, is overseeing the project for the church. This project is anticipated to come in under budget and within schedule. Teamway has enjoyed the relation with the church and the Architects on the project, GJS of Charleston, SC
