Consultation through the design or pre-construction phase on conceptual planning, budgeting, scheduling, architectural relations, financing, and permitting.
We are pro-active in pre-construction, helping the church “plan well” in order to “spend wisely” in construction.
Construction Services:
Teamway’s Construction Management approach gives the church Knowledge, Control, and Savings other systems give to the Contractor or the Design / Builder.
A full-time Project Manager working hand-in-hand with the church, architect and local municipalities to analyze bids, negotiate contracts, review and maintain construction documents, establish and maintain the schedule, process billings and supervise construction.
GAIN KNOWLEDGE AND FREEDOM: Knowledge is the key to a successful plan, design, and construction of a new church facility. Much of that knowledge is sacrificed in the typical Design/Bid/Build process and Design/Build process.
