Consultation through the design or pre-construction phase on conceptual planning, budgeting, scheduling, architectural relations, financing, and permitting.
We are pro-active in pre-construction, helping the church “plan well” in order to “spend wisely” in construction.
Construction Services:
Teamway’s Construction Management approach gives the church Knowledge, Control, and Savings other systems give to the Contractor or the Design / Builder.
A full-time Project Manager working hand-in-hand with the church, architect and local municipalities to analyze bids, negotiate contracts, review and maintain construction documents, establish and maintain the schedule, process billings and supervise construction.
